The successful applicants will be responsible for the safe handling and movement of brand-new furniture throughout our warehouse and delivery operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manually unload interstate linehaul trucks and shipping containers
- Safely load local delivery trucks for daily runs
- Assist as a Delivery Offsider when required
- Carry and handle brand-new furniture, ensuring products remain in excellent condition
- Assist the Warehouse Manager with preparing and pulling local delivery runs
- Put away incoming stock and maintain warehouse organisation
- Conduct general warehouse duties, including housekeeping and stock movements
- Work as part of a team to meet daily operational deadlines
About you
- Physically fit and capable of heavy manual handling
- Solid work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work extended hours when required
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Previous warehouse, delivery offsider, logistics, or manual handling experience is preferred but not essential
- Forklift licence is an advantage but not required
- Own reliable transport to and from work is essential
