The Role

As part of the business's continued growth, an prospect has arisen for a Senior Project Manager to join the team.

This is a senior, hands-on role where you'll take full ownership of projects from inception through to delivery, managing and integrating multi-discipline teams to deliver a strong pipeline of urban land development projects.

You'll play a leading role in client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the high technical standards the business is known for.

The Responsibilities

- Run projects end to end, from inception through design and delivery.
- Manage and integrate multi-discipline project teams.
- Liaise directly with clients and stakeholders, including Service Authorities and Councils.
- Prepare and review technical reports and project documentation.
- Ensure designs and documentation meet Australian Standards and Council requirements.
- Apply working knowledge to interrogate designs in AutoCAD, 12D, DRAINS and MUSIC across project delivery.





The Requirements

This role suits an experienced project leader who's ready to take full ownership of delivery. In return, you'll be able to demonstrate:

- Minimum 10 years' design experience including within an Australian engineering design consultancy.
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Ability to interrogate designs in AutoCAD, 12D, DRAINS and MUSIC.
- Experience managing and integrating multi-discipline teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly report writing.
- Excellent knowledge of Australian Standards and Council design standards.
- Good understanding of Service Authority design approval and construction standards.
