Job Title: Building Maintenance Technician - Premium Commercial Asset
Location: Sydney CBD
Hourly Rate: Up to $46/hr + Super

An exciting prospect is available for a trade-qualified Building Maintenance Technician to join the team at a prestigious commercial building in the Sydney CBD.

Working across a high-end asset, you will be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance while helping to ensure the building is presented to the highest standard. This role is ideal for a hands-on tradesperson who enjoys working in a professional environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)
- Attending reactive maintenance requests
- General building repairs and maintenance
- Minor carpentry, painting, patching, and building fabric works
- Routine plant and equipment inspections
- Fault finding and basic troubleshooting
- Liaising with tenants, contractors, and building management




- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety requirements

About You:

- Trade qualification (essential)
- Previous experience in commercial buildings, facilities maintenance, or property services
- Strong all-round maintenance skills
- Professional presentation and communication skills
- Customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Current driver's licence
