At Airport Toyota, there's a lot happening behind the scenes to keep our Service Department running smoothly, and our Warranty Administrator plays an important part in making it all happen.

We're looking for an organised and detail focused Part Time Warranty Administrator to join our team, working Monday to Friday, five hours per day.

A Day in the Life

You'll be working closely with our Service and Workshop teams, managing warranty claims and making sure everything is processed accurately, efficiently and in line with Toyota's manufacturer requirements.

From reviewing repair orders and preparing claims to following up outstanding submissions and resolving queries, you'll play an important role in keeping our warranty processes on track.

You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records, identifying missing information and working with the team to make sure claims are completed correctly and within the required timeframes.

Some days will be straightforward. Others will require a little more investigation, follow-up and problem solving. Either way, your ability to stay organised, manage priorities and keep things moving will make all the difference.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with structure, has a strong eye for detail and takes genuine pride in getting things right.

To be successful, you'll bring:

- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.

- Confidence working with computer systems, records and documentation.





- The ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and follow up outstanding matters.

- Clear communication skills and the ability to work closely with Service and Workshop teams.

- A proactive approach, strong problem solving skills and a willingness to take ownership of your work.

- Previous experience in warranty administration, ideally within an automotive dealership, is essential.

- Experience with Toyota warranty processes and dealership management systems will be highly regarded.
