Key responsibilities
- Greeting and checking in patients warmly and professionally
- Managing appointment bookings, scheduling, and general patient enquiries
- Processing referrals, patient billing, and Medicare/health fund claims
- Liaising with referring doctors, specialists, and clinical staff
- General administrative duties to ensure a smooth, efficient front-desk workflow
About you
- Previous experience in medical imaging / radiology OR general medical reception is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
