We're a friendly, growing cleaning business based in Weston Creek, looking for reliable, detail-oriented people to join our team as casual cleaners, with opportunities to develop into a Team Leader role as we grow.

We're ideally looking for people available 2–3 days per week, with consistent, ongoing casual hours. For the right person, there's also the opportunity to take on more responsibility over time.

About the role

You'll be cleaning recurring clients' homes, getting to know each property and building relationships with clients who value a consistent, reliable service.

We believe in quality over rushing, with clear cleaning standards, training and support to help you do your job well.

For the right person, this could involve training new team members, maintaining cleaning standards, supporting the team and assisting with day-to-day operations.

We're open to experienced leaders looking for a new opportunity, as well as cleaners who demonstrate leadership potential over time. Previous cleaning or management experience isn't essential.

We're looking for someone who notices when something's slightly off and takes the initiative to address it. Someone who communicates well, follows through on commitments and looks for ways to help rather than waiting to be asked.

No cleaning experience? No problem! We provide training to help you develop the skills and confidence to succeed.

What you'll need

- Australian driver's licence and reliable car

- Police check

- Availability during school holidays

- Ability to start at 8:30 am
