About You
We're seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (Grade 5) for night shifts, passionate about delivering high-quality, resident-focused care. With experience in aged or clinical care, you'll create personalised care plans and support residents' well-being overnight.
You will bring:
- A solid person-centred approach
- Passion for aged care and best practice
- Relevant clinical or aged care experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in aged care or clinical nursing
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Commitment to Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance
