Job Title: Mobile Handyman - Retail & Commercial Facilities Maintenance
Location - Sydney Metro
Hourly rate - Up to $45/hr + Company Van + Fuel Card

An excellent opportunity has become available for a trade-qualified Handyman to join a growing facilities maintenance team servicing a portfolio of retail and commercial assets.

This is a mobile role, providing a mix of planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites. You'll enjoy a varied workload, autonomy in your day-to-day activities, and the support of an established facilities management team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)
- Reactive repairs and general building maintenance
- Minor carpentry, patching, painting and handyman works
- Site inspections and condition reporting
- Basic repairs across building fabric and facilities
- Maintaining strong relationships with tenants and clients
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

About You:





- Trade qualified (essential)
- Previous experience within retail, commercial, or facilities maintenance environments
- Solid problem-solving and fault-finding skills
- Ability to work autonomously across multiple sites
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Current driver's licence
- Well-presented and professional attitude
