About the role

EC Workplaces is seeking an experienced Office Cleaner to join our team in Coolangatta, Currumbin and Burleigh Waters. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across commercial office facilities, working Monday to Friday afternoon/evening shifts from 4:30 pm onwards. This is a part-time role offering approximately 15–25 hours per week with immediate start availability.

Your Responsibilities

- Cleaning offices, kitchens, bathrooms and common areas

- Dusting and sanitising desks and surfaces

- Vacuuming carpets and mopping hard floors

- Emptying bins and correctly separating waste





- Following site-specific scopes of work and checklists

- Using equipment, chemicals and cleaning systems correctly

- Reporting maintenance issues or site concerns

- Completing service photos and reports when required

- Maintaining a caring and consistent standard at every service

Cleaning experience is strongly preferred. We’re looking for someone who already understands professional cleaning standards, but we will provide full training in our systems, processes and expectations.

Requirements

- Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred

- Suitable Australian working rights for ongoing employment

- Current Australian driver’s licence

- Reliable vehicle

- Current police check or willingness to obtain one

- Availability within the shift times listed above

- Strong attention to detail

- Commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality work
