About the Role
This role is responsible for grading, gravelling, road drainage works and maintaining forestry roads. This is a full-time permanent role based in Oberon, NSW.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Grader operator experience in a road construction context highly preferred
- Experience operating road machinery such as excavator/digger, roller, loader, and dozer
- Experience with road drainage features such as side drains, cross banks, and culverts
- Experience constructing and forming a current road
- Ability to drive a 30T truck will be an added advantage
- A strong work ethic
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently
- Good communication skills
- Good awareness of safety and environment
