About the Role:

We are currently seeking a motivated Trainee Service Technician to join our team in Bunbury. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in a hands-on, practical role within a supportive team setting.

As a Trainee Service Technician, you will learn how to service and repair our range of window and door products. Full training will be provided, and you will be supported every step of the way as you develop your skills.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:





- Assisting with site assessments

- Learning to assemble and glaze Dowell products

- Supporting minor repair work and replacement of parts

- Reading and interpreting site plans and documents

- Helping to maintain service supplies and tools

- Recording work performed accurately

- Following safe work practices at all times

- Communicating clearly with customers and team members

What We’re Looking For:

- A positive, can-do attitude and problem-solving mindset

- Willingness to learn to use hand and power tools

- A valid Driver’s Licence and White Card (or willingness to obtain)

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Flexibility to travel to various job sites as required
