Lighthouse Foundation is seeking an experienced Therapeutic Case Manager for the trauma-informed Foster Care Team in Australia. You will create a secure, supportive environment and lead the care team to meet the complex emotional needs of children and young people aged 0–18.

You will supervise foster carers, apply the Lighthouse Model of Care, and help attract and develop trauma-informed carers to improve placement stability. The role offers full-time hours and ongoing professional development.
