- University Degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Statistics, or a related discipline preferred.
- 5+ years' experience in FMCG, Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Finance, Category Management, Pricing, Sales Analytics or Business Analytics.
- Robust understanding of FMCG commercial drivers, with experience working with major retailers such as Coles, Woolworths, Metcash or Aldi highly regarded.
- Strong commercial and analytical capability, with experience in pricing, promotions, pack architecture, elasticity and revenue growth initiatives.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience using Power BI, Tableau or similar analytical tools to generate insights and recommendations.
- Travel 0-10%
