The Chance
- Manage a portfolio tailored to your experience and capabilities
- Build strong relationships with owners, strata committees and real estate agents
- Prepare budgets, meeting agendas and minutes
- Attend and chair AGMs, EGMs and strata committee meetings
- Manage by-law breaches, compliance matters and formal notices
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members where required

- Salary up to $120K + Super, depending on experience
- Monday–Friday role with no weekend work

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working as a Strata Manager is essential
- Class 1 or Class 2 Strata Licence
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Confident managing strata meetings, compliance and owner expectations
- Organised, proactive and capable of managing competing priorities
