The Role
- Manage a residential portfolio alongside a Junior Property Manager
- Oversee rental arrears, lease renewals and tenant notices
- Issue breach notices and manage tenancy matters as required
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Communicate proactively and attend onsite meetings when needed
- Deliver exceptional customer service while keeping your portfolio organised and compliant
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years' residential Property Management experience
- Confidence managing a portfolio of 150+ properties
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 1 or Class 2 Real Estate Licence
- Current driver's licence and access to a car
- Experience with PropertyTree, Inspection Express and digital property management systems
- A proactive communicator who is organised, tech-savvy and calm under pressure
- Someone who takes ownership, works well within a team and genuinely enjoys property management
