As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated Trade Assistant/Delivery Assistant to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to assist with our deliveries and eventually develop the ability to assist out on site.

The Role

This is role initially is causal , Monday to Friday position based in Hobart area. You will be the vital link ensuring our high-quality joinery arrives safely and providing crucial support to our tradespeople on-site.

Key Responsibilities

- On-Site Support: Providing comprehensive assistance to skilled tradespeople during installation tasks.

- Manual Handling: Safely unloading items by hand on-site (heavy lifting required).

- Communication: Maintaining clear contact with schedulers and team members to ensure timely project delivery.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Licensing: Current manual driver's licence. An MR (Medium Rigid) Truck License is not required but is advantageous.

- Safety:



A valid White Card and a strong commitment to safety protocols.

- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling daily.

- Experience: Previous experience as a Trade Assistant or Labourer (construction/cabinetry experience is a major bonus).

- Attitude: A proactive, "can-do" work ethic, punctuality, and a professional presentation.

- Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent customer service skills.
