We are seeking enthusiastic, caring and motivated Childcare Trainees to join our growing team.

Our beautiful new centre has been thoughtfully designed to provide inspiring learning environments, spacious outdoor play areas and endless opportunities for children to explore, discover and grow.

This is an exciting opportunity to begin your career in early childhood education while working towards your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, gaining hands-on experience and receiving ongoing support from experienced educators and management.

About the Role

As a Childcare Trainee, you will:

- Work alongside experienced educators to provide a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment for children aged 0–5 years.
- Support children's learning, development and wellbeing through play-based experiences.
- Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes, rest periods, personal hygiene and transitions.
- Build positive and meaningful relationships with children, families and fellow educators.
- Participate in educational programs, creative activities and outdoor learning experiences.
- Learn about the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF).
- Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming learning environment.




- Complete your Certificate III studies while developing practical skills within the centre.

About You We are looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine love for children and a passion for early childhood education.
- Is enthusiastic, reliable, patient and willing to learn.
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team.
- Demonstrates robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is committed to completing a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Holds or is willing to obtain a Working With Children Check and meet all applicable child safety requirements.
- Is committed to providing a safe, inclusive and supportive environment for every child.
