Titan Premix Concrete is seeking a highly organised Transport Coordinator to support our transport operations across multiple concrete plants.
Reporting directly to the Transport Manager, you will play a critical role in coordinating raw material deliveries, maintaining fleet compliance, and scheduling vehicle servicing and maintenance. This is a hands-on operational role that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Raw Material Logistics
- Coordinate the allocation of raw material deliveries, including sand, aggregates and cement, to concrete plants based on production requirements.
- Liaise with plant managers, suppliers and transport operators to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Monitor material movements and adjust delivery schedules to meet changing operational priorities.
Fleet Maintenance
- Coordinate scheduled servicing, inspections and preventative maintenance across the fleet.
- Liaise with workshops and service providers to minimise vehicle downtime.
- Maintain accurate servicing, maintenance and compliance records.
- Monitor compliance relating to fatigue, speed, mass, maintenance and regulatory requirements.
- Assist the Transport Manager with reporting, record keeping and audit preparation.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience in transport, logistics or a heavy industry environment (concrete, quarrying or construction experience is highly regarded).
- Excellent organisational, planning and scheduling skills.
- Experience using transport compliance systems (Netcorp experience highly regarded).
- Robust attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills and confidence using operational systems and Microsoft Office.
