Prime Trade Projects is seeking a reliable, friendly and organised Travelling Personal Assistant to support the business owner with day-to-day business activities, appointments, meetings and site visits.

This is NOT a traditional office-based personal assistant position.

The successful applicant will be required to travel regularly with the business owner to different towns throughout Victoria. Trips may involve several hours of driving and staying away from Melbourne for one or two nights at a time.

You must be genuinely comfortable with regular travel and overnight stays to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities

- Accompany the business owner to meetings, appointments and project locations.
- Assist with messages, emails, phone calls and general communication.
- Take notes and help organise daily schedules.
- Assist with basic administrative and business tasks.
- Travel throughout Melbourne and regional Victoria when required.

Travel and Accommodation

Work-related transport, accommodation and meals during overnight business trips will be provided.

The position requires flexibility, including early departures, occasional longer days and overnight travel.



Working hours and arrangements will be discussed before employment.

Working Arrangements

Initially approximately three days per week, including a two-week paid introductory period, with the potential to increase to five days per week.

Remuneration will be agreed based on hours, duties and applicable employment entitlements.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is friendly, responsible, trustworthy, organised and comfortable spending extended periods travelling for work.

Students, backpackers and applicants from different professional backgrounds are welcome, provided they have suitable working rights.

Future visa sponsorship may be explored where legally available but is not guaranteed.
