Stop 42 is an Adelaide creative agency providing marketing & production services to brands in construction, property, trade and lifestyle sectors. We’re hiring a full-time Videographer/Photographer to join our production team, shooting and editing photo and video for our clients each week.

The role

- Full-time, hybrid, salary superannuation, 4 weeks paid annual leave

- Start and finish times vary to suit client shoots

- Reporting to our Director, working alongside our Videographers and Social Media Coordinators

What you’ll do

- Shoot video and photos on client sites across Adelaide and occasionally regional SA: talking heads, interviews, products, people, projects and places

- Record clean audio and manage lighting and composition on location

- Edit 15–30 second videos for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, with grading, audio and captions where needed

- Edit and grade photos in Lightroom

- Direct clients and their teams on camera and help them feel natural

- Pitch shots, hooks and formats that suit current trends and each client’s brand

- Deliver on time and action feedback promptly

- Create content for Stop 42’s own channels

What you’ll need

- A portfolio showing both short-form video and photography





- Proficiency in Lightroom and Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro
- A great understanding of camera settings, lighting, composition and audio
- A valuable understanding of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn formats and trends
- The confidence to run a shoot and direct people on camera

- Great organisation, with the ability to juggle several shoots and edit deadlines
- A current driver’s licence and your own reliable vehicle

Desirable but not essential

- Drone licence (CASA RePL or sub-2kg excluded category) and drone experience

- Motion graphics skills (After Effects or similar)

- Agency experience
