$20,000 Incentive Bonus

For GPs who commit to a three-year permanent full-time contract, we are offering a $20,000 incentive bonus.

The bonus is payable at the 18-month mark of the contract, subject to the agreed contractual terms and conditions.

About the Role

As a VR General Practitioner,



you will provide high-quality, patient-centred care to an established patient population while working alongside an experienced and supportive team.

You will have the opportunity to manage a varied caseload, build long-term relationships with patients and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

Locum, permanent full-time and part-time arrangements are available for suitable candidates.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Current registration with the Medical Board of Australia and AHPRA

- Fellowship with RACGP or ACRRM, or equivalent recognised vocational registration

- Relevant Australian GP experience
- A commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
