As the Warehouse Storeperson Labourer, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of Syndeticom’s storage warehouse, ensuring inventory is managed efficiently, safely, and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

- Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching stock

- Verify incoming goods against purchase orders

- Generate shipping labels and documentation for courier pickups

- Maintain adequate stock of warehouse and business consumables

Inventory Management

- Coordinate with inventory planners to support upcoming production runs

- Conduct regular stocktakes and maintain accurate inventory records

- Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes, layout, and efficiency

Safety & Compliance





- Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and company policies

- Promote a safe, secure, and well-organised warehouse workplace

Communication & Coordination

- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders

- Support the Procurement Manager with KPI tracking and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills & Experience

Experience

- Minimum 2 years in a warehouse, pick-packer, or storeperson role

- Experience across the full warehousing lifecycle: receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatch

- Strong understanding of workplace safety practices

- Forklift Licence – preferred

Qualifications (Desirable)

- Certificate III in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Skills

- Strong organisational and time-management skills

- Clear written and verbal communication

- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

- Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and standing for extended periods
