With our current Warehouse Manager moving into a WHS Officer role within the business, we’re looking for someone to take ownership of our warehouse operations across the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane.

About the role

Based at Kunda Park, you’ll keep our tradespeople supplied, our stock organised and our tools, equipment and vehicles ready for work.

This is a hands-on role combining warehouse duties with purchasing, stock control and coordination. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing day-to-day warehouse operations across both locations.

- Receiving, checking, storing and dispatching materials and equipment.

- Maintaining accurate stock records, completing stocktakes and investigating discrepancies.

- Coordinating stock transfers and preparing materials for upcoming jobs.

- Ordering materials and consumables, comparing prices and following up deliveries.

- Managing supplier returns, warranty claims and outstanding credits.

- Tracking tools and equipment and coordinating vehicle servicing, repairs and maintenance.

- Keeping warehouses clean, organised and safe, working closely with our WHS Officer.

- Supporting and supervising apprentices or other staff assigned to warehouse duties.

- Using stock,



purchasing and maintenance data to identify issues and improve processes.

About you

You enjoy having a place for everything and knowing what’s on hand, where it is and who’s responsible for it. You take ownership, follow processes and speak up when something needs attention.

You’ll bring

- Experience in warehousing, stores, inventory control or a similar role.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Confidence using computer systems, spreadsheets and stock records.

- A commitment to accurate data and consistent procedures.

- Clear communication and the confidence to hold others accountable for stock and equipment procedures.

- The ability to balance hands-on duties with planning and administration.

- A current driver licence and willingness to travel between locations.

Electrical wholesale, trade services or construction experience will be highly regarded, along with a forklift licence and experience supervising staff.
