Website Developer (Webflow) & Digital Designer

Melbourne | Full-time The Opportunity

Our client is a leading Australian online real estate platform, helping over 1.4 million homeowners a year search, compare and connect with the right real estate agents. As a lead generation business, the website is one of their most important assets. This role sits within the marketing team and owns the build and performance of the website in Webflow.

It also provides ongoing digital design support for campaigns across web, social and email. It’s a hands-on role with a direct line to conversion and growth.

What you’ll be doing

Website development and optimisation

- Build and optimise landing pages and templates

- Improve UX/UI across mobile and desktop

- Manage Webflow CMS content and structured collections

- Implement integrations between Webflow, Braze and analytics platforms

- Build lead capture tools such as calculators and fee estimators

- Keep the site robust on Core Web Vitals and Google’s landing page quality requirements

SEO/GEO and CRO

- Lead the SEO/GEO agency partner and implement their recommendations

- Lead the CRO program: research, design concepts, Optimizely A/B tests and reporting

Digital design

- Create paid and organic social, display and landing page creative

- Champion brand consistency, and build templates, design systems and Figma guidelines

- Support agencies with concepts and briefs for TVCs, social video and photography shoots





- Explore thoughtful uses of AI, with strong judgement and human review

What they’re looking for

- 5 years in website development, including 2 years in Webflow

- Experience managing SEO/GEO agency partners and delivering Core Web Vitals improvements

- Understanding of UX/UI, CRO and responsive design

- Experience integrating with Braze, HubSpot or similar, and lite back-end development

- Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Canva

- Strong organisation, attention to detail and communication
