**Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to students preparing for their exams.
- Develop customized lesson plans and learning strategies to address the specific needs and learning styles of each student.
- Assess students' progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills and performance.
- Motivate and inspire students to develop a love for learning,
fostering a positive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure alignment of goals and expectations.
**Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Previous experience tutoring or Degree in teaching is NOT required but preferably with a strong track record of student success.
- Deep knowledge of the subject curriculum, including study tips and assessment requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
