Increva is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering major mining and minerals processing projects across Western Australia.
Based in our Applecross office, with ad hoc travel to site when required, this is an opportunity to work with a growing, agile business where experienced people have genuine influence over projects, clients and outcomes.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Project Manager with strong gold industry experience and a proven track record delivering both Greenfields and Brownfields projects.
You’ll take ownership across the project lifecycle, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors and project teams to deliver safe, commercially successful outcomes.
You’ll be involved in:
Leading project delivery from planning through to completion
Managing client and stakeholder relationships
Overseeing project schedules, budgets, resources and reporting
Managing tenders, contracts, procurement and commercial outcomes
Coordinating design consultants and construction contractors
Driving site coordination, construction planning and project interfaces
Leading and supporting project teams
Identifying and managing risks, issues and opportunities
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience as a Project Manager within the gold mining sector
Solid Greenfields and Brownfields project experience
Demonstrated capability across project delivery, commercial management and contract administration
Strong client and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication, planning and organisational capability
The confidence to take ownership and make decisions
A practical, collaborative approach and a commitment to delivering results safely
