As a Venue Manager, you’ll lead one of our venues end to end, shaping the experience of every guest and building a team that loves what they do. It’s a role that blends leadership, commercial thinking and genuine hospitality, with real ownership of how your venue runs and performs.

In the role you will:

- Lead the day-to-day running of your venue and its floor team
- Own service standards and the guest experience, start to finish
- Coach, mentor and develop supervisors and assistant managers
- Drive training and development across the team
- Manage rostering, labour, stock and compliance




- Own your venue’s financial performance, KPIs and profitability
- Work with the group on local activity and commercial opportunities

- Solid operational knowledge across rostering, inventory and service delivery

- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Availability for weekends, public holidays and a rotating roster, plus a valid RSA
