Rexel Bendigo is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales team member to join our branch following an internal promotion.
Based in one of Victoria’s key regional centres, this role offers the opportunity to build robust local customer relationships, develop broad electrical wholesale knowledge and grow your career within a global organisation. You’ll work in a hands-on and collaborative branch environment, with the support of an experienced team and access to development opportunities across Rexel’s national network.
A typical day will involve
- Providing friendly and professional customer service to electrical trades, businesses and commercial customers
- Responding to customer enquiries in person, over the phone and via email
- Preparing accurate and competitive quotes
- Following up quotes and identifying opportunities to convert enquiries into sales
- Building strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Supporting the external sales team and working collaboratively with the wider branch
