Salary Range: Php 25,000.00 – Php 30,000.00 Job Summary The Training Specialist will design, implement learning interventions and conduct training and development programs for employees. Duties And Responsibilities
• Assist in assessing the training needs through surveys, interviews, job observation etc.
• Develops and designs appropriate training programs for employees.
• Develops and select the appropriate training handbook/ handouts to support and facilitate learning.
• Facilitates training programs such as but not limited to, employee orientation/ onboarding, leadership training, train the trainers, presentation skills and other soft skills training.
• Coordinates or performs administrative functions necessary to deliver training programs.
• Evaluates effectiveness of training programs through survey forms, interview and use the relevant data to recommend changes in the program as necessary.
• Ensures that the training modules are relevant and up-to-date.
• Maintains and updates the training activities such as attendance, evaluation result, training cost,



and assessment, if any.
• Maintains knowledge in the latest trends and tools in training and development.
• Provide support in developing the annual training plan and reporting on the implementation of the plans. Requirements
• At least 2 years’ experience of working on a Training Specialist position
• Significant experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting
• Strong knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
• Good experience of organizing the full training cycle
• Good practical experience with learning management software٫ MS Office, CANVA and databases
• Excellent knowledge of traditional and modern training methods٫ tools and techniques
• Close familiarity with talent management and succession planning
• Strong decision making and organizational skills
• Valuable ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
