Safetech is seeking a proactive Service Administrator to be the operational heartbeat of our service team in Sydney. You will be the first point of contact for clients, coordinating work for field and workshop technicians and keeping operations running smoothly.

This role requires solid communication, accurate service documentation, and experience with SAP. You will assist with KPI reports, travel logistics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
