Mounties Care Home is seeking a dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Mount Pritchard on a full-time basis. You will work with clients to help them stay independent at home and in the community, coordinating care and services while leading a team of carers to ensure quality delivery.
The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years in a similar role, current police check and first aid with CPR, robust knowledge of the Aged Care sector and experience with My Aged Care, CRM systems and rostering.
