Junior Accounts & Contract Administrator

Millennium Rigging operates across Melbourne, Sydney and Tasmania. We're looking for an organised, detail-focused person to join our team at our Campbellfield office.

About the role

In this junior role you'll support the admin side of our jobs and accounts. For each job you'll help with setup, keep the documents organised while work is underway, and see it through to final dockets, invoicing and close-out.

Training is provided. You'll report to the Accounts & HR Manager and work closely with project managers, the operations team and site workers.

What you'll be doing

Job & contract administration

Setting up job folders and recording client, site, scope, purchase order and agreed rates

Filing quotes, POs, job briefs, SWMS and correspondence correctly

Following up project managers for missing information before work starts

Collecting timesheets, signed dockets and delivery records

Chasing dockets with missing signatures, dates, hours or PO references

Tracking work completed against the PO and flagging possible variations

Making sure each job's records are complete through to invoicing and close-out





Accounts & invoicing

Preparing draft invoices from approved timesheets, dockets, POs and rates

Checking that supporting documents are in place before invoices go out

Keeping records of invoices, payments, remittances and outstanding accounts

Helping with client statements and follow-up of overdue invoices

General administration

Keeping digital filing and job records accurate

Responding to routine enquiries from clients, workers and the team

Helping with reports and reconciliations

About you

Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills

Comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets and digital systems

Clear written communication and a professional manner

You follow things up and see tasks through to the end

You notice when something doesn't add up and ask questions

Admin, accounts or construction experience is a plus but not essential. We'll train you.

$55,000 – $65,000 + super
