Mini Masterminds Erskineville is seeking a passionate Full time Assistant Centre Director to help lead our 83-place early childhood centre. You will work closely with the Centre Director to support daily operations, mentor staff, and maintain high standards of education and care.
This hands-on leadership role focuses on building strong relationships with children and families, driving quality improvement, and stepping in confidently in the Centre Director's absence.
