Using leads provided, you will contact recent and existing customers to promote and sell our non-standard home and car insurance products, while also providing professional customer service and support with policy queries, amendments, adjustments and renewals.
You will work towards individual and company sales targets while ensuring customers receive a high standard of service and advice that meets their demands and needs.
The role would suit someone with experience in insurance sales, personal lines insurance, customer service, telesales or a similar customer-facing sales environment.
