Lighthouse Foundation seeks a Therapeutic Specialist for its Eastern Homes, Melbourne, to lead therapeutic practice and support two residential care homes. You will maintain a small caseload, facilitate reflective practice for carers, and work with care teams to deliver trauma-informed care that fosters safety, connection and healing.

You will collaborate with families and external services, contributing to culturally protected, inclusive support and positive outcomes for young people in care.
