Kempe Engineering is seeking a Workshop Supervisor for our Geelong-based workshop. You will manage a team of trades personnel handling overhauls, repairs and assembly, with oversight of the machine shop and processes.
The role requires solid manufacturing knowledge, CNC machining experience, and the ability to liaise with clients and engineers on priorities and progress. A safety-first, proactive mindset is essential.
