You'll join a Customer Support team led by a well-regarded, bubbly and hands-off manager, and the business is investing heavily in this function, the team is growing significantly over the coming months.

The Challenge

Reporting to the Customer Support Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:





- Responding to customer inquiries primarily via ticketing (approx. 80%), with the remainder over the phone
- Handling delivery issues, order changes and general customer administration
- Maintaining accurate customer data and order records
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Supporting the broader team with day-to-day administrative tasks
