Uniting is seeking a part-time Home Care Worker (Support Worker) to provide care and companionship for older people living in their own homes in the Hawkesbury region. You will travel to clients' homes using your own car and support independence and quality of life.

The role offers development/leadership opportunities within a supportive multi-disciplinary team and advantages as part of a not-for-profit organisation.
