Royal Freemasons Ltd is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to lead the Mount Martha Valley Residential Aged Care team. The role is a full time, 6-month fixed-term maternity leave contract, Monday to Friday 8:00am–4:00pm, overseeing day-to-day clinical operations and ensuring high-quality resident care.

You will mentor staff, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team to meet regulatory and accreditation standards.
