Team Rehab Solutions is seeking an experienced Dietitian to join our North Brisbane team on a part time basis, delivering dietetic care to clients in their homes and community settings with a supportive multidisciplinary team.
You’ll work with NDIS and Home Care clients, drawing on the expertise of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, podiatrists and other dietitians to provide holistic care. Travel across the Moreton Bay region is required.
