Northern Health invites registered nurses to join the 2027 STEP Program in Perioperative Nursing in Melbourne. This introductory program offers hands-on clinical experience across multiple surgical specialties and is supported by experienced educators and mentors.

The program runs for 12 months, with a contract at 70 hours per fortnight, primarily based at Broadmeadows Surgical Centre with rotations to Epping and Kilmore.
