Do you meet these minimum requirements?

- Live in or near Dubbo NSWincluding surrounding suburbs
- Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licencewith your own car(sorry, we cannot accept International licences or shared/rental vehicles)
- Have 12 months personal care workerindustry experience in a paid Aged Care setting
- Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 8am to 3pm, Monday to Friday(weekend availability is a bonus but not required)
- Commitmentto our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Trainingwhen you start (Get ready to learn, grow & be supported) Travel is required for training.
- Know this is NOTa vacancy for Disability or to work in a facility/nursing home

What this role offers:

- Hourly Rate: $34.80 - $36.59 per hour + 12% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Provide domestic assistance, such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Provide personal care services including showering, toileting, assistance with medications,



as well as domestic duties & social supports such as assisting with transportation for clients.
- Most importantly: be a friendly face & brighten someone's day

As a valued team member, you’ll provide compassionate care and support to clients in their homes. Domestic assistance will form a significant part of your role – this applies to experienced carers. From helping with household tasks to offering personal support, you’ll make a real difference in people’s lives every day.
