Paisley Park is seeking a confident Second-in-Charge (2IC) at our Malvern East centre to partner with the Centre Director in guiding daily operations and educational quality.

The successful candidate will balance leadership with hands-on support, mentor Educators, and ensure adherence to EYLF, NQS, and child safety standards while maintaining excellent relationships with families and the leadership team.
