Wells Bodyworks & Towing, part of the AMA Group, is a leading provider in Australia and Current Zealand in collision repair. The team supports insured, private, and commercial customers with repairs, parts, consumables and recycling.

We are seeking a Customer Service Officer for a permanent, Monday to Friday role in Hobart. You will greet customers, manage expectations about repair timelines, communicate updates, handle inquiries by phone and email, and assist with inventory and insurance liaising.
