We're deliberately small and building carefully. This isn't a role where you disappear into a large team and run the same split system for five years. You'll get exposure across a genuine range of work from day one — and we'll back you to grow into it.

Who we're after

You've just got your ticket or you're in your early years post-qualification. You've got solid foundations — ducted and split system installs — and you're ready to work across a broader scope without needing someone over your shoulder to get it done right.

Experience with VRV/F systems is a genuine advantage as we grow that side of the business — but it's not a dealbreaker. Foundation and character matter more than the length of your resume.

Day to day

- Ducted and split system installations in recent builds and high-end renovations
- Replacement and upgrade work on existing residential systems
- Light commercial fitouts — offices, retail, similar scale
- Servicing existing clients and systems we know well




- VRV/F installations — a growing part of what we do and where we're heading
- Monday to Friday. No on-call. No weekend callouts.

You're the right person if

- You hold a full refrigeration mechanic or mechanical plumbing licence/registration — freshly qualified or early years post-ticket
- You take pride in what you leave behind — not just that it works, but how it looks
- You speak up when something's not right rather than walking past it
- You can manage your day without being told what to do next
- You want to grow — and you understand that means showing up and earning it
- You hold a manual driver's licence — or you're willing to get one
