About the Role

As an Agency Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical care and leadership within residential aged care settings while supporting residents, families and multidisciplinary care teams.

Your responsibilities may include:

- Delivering safe,



person-centred aged care nursing services
- Medication administration and clinical assessments
- Developing and reviewing care plans
- Monitoring resident wellbeing and responding to clinical changes
- Wound care and chronic disease management
- Clinical documentation and compliance reporting
- Supervising and supporting care staffMaintaining infection prevention and clinical governance standards
- Working collaboratively with residents, families and healthcare teams

What You'll Need

- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum 12 months nursing experience, ideally within aged care
- Current National Police Check
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong clinical assessment and decision‑making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work across multiple aged care facilities
- Availability across day, afternoon and night shifts
- Full Australian working rights
