Sirv Group is seeking Youth Disability Support Specialists to confidently work with clients who have complex disabilities, mental health challenges and behaviours of concern. You will provide person-centered care, follow BSPs, and ensure safety and dignity while supporting independence.

This is not an entry-level role; prior experience with complex disability, ABI/TBI, intellectual disability and behaviours of concern is essential.
