We're seeking an experienced and hands-on Site Supervisor to join Fleetwood's Construction team in Melbourne.

Reporting to the Project Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating and supervising site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. You'll work closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, site teams and key stakeholders to drive project outcomes while maintaining solid WHSEQ performance across multiple sites.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong construction background who enjoys being out on site, leading subcontractors, solving problems and taking ownership of project delivery. While strong supervisory skills are essential, we're also looking for someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and assist with hands-on site activities where required.

We're looking for someone who understands construction methods, site safety, civil works and project coordination, and who can confidently manage day-to-day site operations across a variety of modular construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and supervise site works to ensure projects are delivered safely on schedule and within budget.
- Monitor site progress and provide regular updates to Project Managers on project performance and potential risks.
- Manage site programs and ensure site activities align with overall project schedules.
- Coordinate subcontractors, labour, equipment, cranes and transport activities.
- Oversee site establishment, site logistics and day-to-day project delivery activities.
- Manage site-specific WHSEQ requirements including SWMS, inductions, inspections and compliance documentation.




- Ensure subcontractors comply with company safety, quality and environmental requirements.
- Conduct site inspections, safety walks and quality checks.
- Review site works to ensure project scope, specifications and quality standards are met.
- Monitor and maintain accurate project records, site diaries and documentation.
- Manage timesheet approvals and subcontractor invoice verification.
- Assist with procurement, scheduling and resource planning activities.
- Support defect management, handover activities and project close-out requirements.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with subcontractors, clients and project stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote a positive safety culture.
