One FUSION is seeking a Restaurant & Bar All Rounder to join our hospitality team in Bundoora, Victoria.

This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work across both our restaurant and bar operations in a dynamic and fast-paced hospitality environment. Starting out as a casual position, until proven.

Key responsibilities

- Provide professional and attentive table service to guests in the restaurant, taking orders and serving food and beverages with excellence
- Deliver exceptional bar service, including preparing and serving drinks, managing the till, and maintaining bar hygiene standards
- Welcome and seat guests in a warm and professional manner, responding to their needs promptly and courteously
- Transparent and reset tables efficiently, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout service
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
- Process payments accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash with integrity
- Maintain knowledge of our menu, specials, and beverage offerings to make informed recommendations to guests
- Assist with general duties including stock rotation, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Adapt flexibly to different service settings, whether busy periods, special events, or quieter shifts

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in restaurant or bar service, or a combination of hospitality roles demonstrating versatility
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a friendly and skilled manner
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, working collaboratively with colleagues across all departments




- Proficiency in operating point-of-sale systems and handling cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including health and safety compliance
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and carry items safely during service
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
- A positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to delivering high‑quality guest experiences
- Preferred: Current responsible service of alcohol certification or willingness to obtain it
- Preferred: Experience in a similar multi‑faceted hospitality role or fine dining establishment
