Alt. Hospitality Group is seeking a Cook for a part time role at Mountain Heritage in Katoomba. You will report to the Head Chef and help deliver memorable dining experiences with consistent flavour and a diverse menu.

The ideal candidate has a Food Handling Certificate and a tertiary qualification in Commercial Cookery, with proven ability to lead a kitchen brigade and maintain high standards while following company procedures and WHS guidelines.
